  • The vital functions of all living things mean that every living things is made of smaller parts. The smaller parts all have different functions, but all the parts work together.
  • The vital functions of all living things are to survive and expand, to breed and survive. Taking care of their young is very important also because they are the future.
  • The vital functions of living things include: reproduction, eating, breathing, and excretion. Without these functions, whatever is being studied is not a living thing.
  • They need to be able to grow, reproduce, and take in a source and make it into energy. Almost all living things need water.
  • Vital functions are needed to maintain human life. Vital functions are air, breathing, eating and reproduction.
